As trainers and handlers of dogs we are often faced with a choice of training a dog to DO something or to NOT DO something. During this presentation and throughout the practical work we will explore and investigate why someone might choose one approach over another. We will break down the process for choosing what the appropriate course of action is as we consider the pros and cons associated with both. Our ultimate goal is to develop a complete training program based on intentional choices rather than one limited by knowledge.
